Dr. Dhaliwal is firmly committed to his community. His efforts represent his values in action, and they underscore how not only financial assistance, but also the giving of one's time, can make a difference. Whether it is involvement in the WIN foundation, schools or other local projects, Dr. Dhaliwal is there to lend support.
WIN (Women In Need)
Women In Need (WIN) is a non-profit foundation that specializes in personal empowerment for women. From abuse recovery, to self-esteem enhancement, to Destiny Management (creating your dreams, visions and purpose), they offer classes, programs and conferences that empower you to become your personal best. They have been paving the way for healing and empowerment for women since 1996.
Brighten Your Smile and Help End the Pain of Abuse:
As a participating dentist in the WIN SMILE program, we contribute 100% of the proceeds from our patients that receive BriteSmile whitening treatments and request the funds to go to WIN at the time of scheduling. The patient, in turn, receives a tax-deduction and the comfort of knowing they helped abused women.
Mrs. Globe Pageant:
In addition to the SMILE program, Dr. Dhaliwal is sponsoring a delegate for the Mrs. US Globe pageant this year and will be a judge for the pageant in August 2007! Since 1997 Mrs. Globe has served as the primary fundraiser and voice for the outreach. State and country delegates for the Mrs. Globe organization serve as state spokeswomen for the foundation by participating in WIN's outreaches and events. Due to WIN's efforts, Mrs. Globe has both changed lives and has been recognized by world figures.

San Ramon Arts Foundation
Because of Dr. Dhaliwal's love of photography, he is always interested in making the arts more accessible to those in the San Ramon community. He has supported this foundation by contributing to and participating in the annual Arts Walk and Festival,the grand opening of the new San Ramon Community Theatre, and has also contributed to "Adventure Ride for the Arts".
Founded in 2000 the San Ramon Arts Foundation (SRAF) was established to encourage, support and promote the arts that enhance the quality of life in San Ramon. It awards grants to individual artists and art organizations that enrich the San Ramon community.
Little League
Dr. Dhaliwal is very passionate about sports. He also enjoys helping kids acquire skills they will use for the rest of their lives, primarily teamwork and good sportsmanship. To that end, Dr. Dhaliwal continues to volunteer his time and coach for his son's little league team. He has also sponsored several little league teams in the past. Since Dr. Dhaliwal is an avid sports fan, he also likes to keep up with all the latest happenings in the sports world and loves to take his boys to baseball, basketball, and football games!
School Auctions
Having 2 young boys, Dr. Dhaliwal believes strongly in supporting education in our local public schools. He has contributed his services for various school auctions in our area and also enjoys getting involved with more hands on activities at his sons' schools.
